For my friend Maxine Cox who gave me the challenge of a graphite drawing. I only added a few soft pastels. But the scan is horrible: the subtle transitions of graphite or colours are broken, and a lot of details lost. I hope you'll like it, nevertheless.

Cool! This is definetly different, never seen anything like it!!! A scanning tip: when you scan pictures, leave the scanner top open. It sounds weird, I know! But it works!!! Try it! I am going to rescan all of my pictures and replace them. You could do the same for this one and probably get your details back!! Let me know if it works!!!!!!!

:-) Anne Wipf replies: "Thank you, I’ll surely try it 1 But not for this picture: I don’t have it anymore, I gave it to my friend Jade N. Bengco (here in Elfwood: get a look to her beautiful magical gallery 1 ). And I’m affraid that my actual scanner is much more horrible than the previous one 8
Thank you for your lovely comment."

I love the concept of this, very beautiful. And I like that the women have short hair, it looks much more gracious on them. Yes, wonderful piece!

:-) Anne Wipf replies: "Thank you 1 I tried to give them a female sea-lions look, and thought that short hair will be better in this purpose 2"
